1. Seller

Products on window-all.com are sold by Window All Holding Ltd, Agora Business Centre, Level 2, Valley Road, Msida MSD 9020, Malta – Reg. No. C 115294 – VAT MT32720129 – info@window-all.com.

2. Contract

The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable; shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

3. Made-to-measure products

You are responsible for the measurements you enter. Please follow our measuring guide. Products made to your measurements cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the methods shown (cards, PayPal and the other methods available in your country).

5. Delivery, withdrawal, refunds and warranty

6. Installation and safety

Electrical products must be installed by a qualified person in accordance with the instructions and local rules.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Write to info@window-all.com; we reply within 5 business days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
