Warranty

All Window-All tubular motors carry a 5-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery, in addition to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects of the motor and its built-in electronics.

What is not covered

Incorrect installation or wiring, use above the rated torque, water ingress beyond the stated IP rating, physical damage, power surges, normal wear of remote controls and batteries.

How to make a claim

Email info@window-all.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a short video. If the defect is confirmed, we send a replacement motor free of charge.
